Slow Tortoise & Performance
This option has been available since iaptus was first developed. Our system operations team now have sophisticated monitoring systems in place to alert them as soon as there is a performance issue, however, If you are finding that the iaptus window is running slow, you can click on the Slow? link. This will send an alert to our system operations team. The current performance will be indicated by the value to the right, that will display the amount of time the page is taking to load.
Timeout/Countdown
This indicates how much time remains before you are automatically logged out of iaptus as a safety measure. Each time you click within the system this refreshes to 20 minutes. This is a stipulation of the NHS, however this value can be changed if authorisation is received from your clinical safety officer.
