Innovations is the platform Mayden uses where users can raise development requests and ideas regarding iaptus and its additional features. Innovations is a way for users across the iaptus community to express their feedback but to also provide context to an idea or share why an idea would benefit their patients and iaptus users. All ideas are reviewed by Mayden for their suitability for future development and you will be updated if your idea is taken forwards.
Accessing Innovations
To access Innovations, you will need to log in or create an account via the ‘Innovations’ option in the grey bar.
When you click on the link, you will be presented with the email and password window. If you haven’t used innovations before you will have to register. You will be asked to enter your email address and verify it.
Your email address will also need to be completed in the ‘Email (Innovations)’ field in your account details.
You will need to consent to the conditions.
Innovations will then open in a new window.
Welcome to iaptus Innovations
At the top, you can read about how we use Innovations at Mayden. If you scroll down, you will see an area where you can share you idea or suggestion or you can have a look at ones that have already been raised.
Type in a term that represents your suggestion. It will bring the closest matches up to the top. You can scroll through them and click on them to view more detail.
You can also vote and leave comments on an idea raised by other iaptus users.
When searching, If your idea is not there, you can post a new one by clicking on post a new idea button.
Select a category from the drop down, enter a description of your idea and click on post idea.
It works best when you share one item per post, and feel free to create as many posts as you’d like. Please remember to include a description about your idea and why this is valuable to you.
You can also view how the ideas are being rated by clicking on the ‘Hot’, ‘Top’ and ‘New Ideas’ options.
You can also filter the ideas by the category and area of iaptus, on the right hand side. You can also find all of your ideas in ‘My Feedback’.
