My Searches are searches which have been created and saved in the Advanced Find area of iaptus.
These are specific to the user who created them so each user can create just the searches they need for their role, without impacting other users.
It is recommended to use these for searches needed frequently/for daily use and to have no more than 5 saved at a time. Having a large amount saved, could cause a performance issue for your service.
For larger searches, or searches you may run on a less frequent basis, you can create and save reports in the Hypercube reporting tool.

The number on the right hand side will display the number of patients or referrals that match the search criteria. These numbers will update every time you refresh the page or click to a new page in iaptus, so it is important to remember to limit your searches to only those you need to see on a frequent basis, as iaptus will run these searches every time you refresh or navigate to another page and, as discussed earlier, could cause a performance issue.
When you are not using your searches, you can close the section using the arrow at the top (next to the question mark). When the section is closed, the searches will no longer be refresh.
When you click on the link for the search, you will be presented with the Patient results table.
