The Previous Diagnosis section was developed to record COVID-19 related data where an LFT or PCR test has been positive or there is a strong likelihood of having had COVID-19. It is up to your service’s processes if you use these fields but it is worth considering how this can relate to Long Term Conditions or can be used where patients are suffering from the effects of Long Covid.
To record a COVID-19 diagnosis, click Add New and select the relevant field from the drop down menu. You can then add a start date.
If the details have been entered incorrectly, users have the ability to Edit or Delete the entry that they recorded.
