Are the risks per patient or per referral?

Any Tab on the Patient Record, apart from Patient Registration, refers to the currently selected Treatment episode selected in the Patient Boarding Card, therefore risks are associated with the Referral/Treatment episode.

What do you do when an error message on carepathway when contacts are associated with that stage so you cant move it?

If the Clinical Contact are in the wrong stage, you will first need to edit any clinical contacts that have happened at that stage to move them to another (previous) stage. This will then allow the care pathway move to be deleted so they can be moved forward to another stage. The clinical contacts should then be updated to reflect that change to make sure the contacts are being recorded against the correct stage

We don’t want texts sent so how would we disable it?

If your service has SMS Text Message Notifications switched on, you can stop a patient/client from receiving text messages by unticking the Send SMS tick box on the Patient record
If the patient doesn’t have a Mobile Number, then they can not receive a text message
A Superuser can flick off the Masterswitch in SMS Control which will stop ALL messages going out for the Service

Is it possible to use the diary to create a block of clinical contacts for a particular patient, and fill in attendance details/scores etc., to save admins from manually creating a clinical contact after each treatment session?

Yes, You can create Repeated appointments (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) through the diary. iaptus will then show you each individual session that then can be edited to suit, for example changing the time or location on a particular day. You will then be able to update the Details/scores through the >> from the diary
