If you would like your system to be configured to have the linked episodes please raise a support log and your Account Manager will discuss this with you.

The following things need to be considered when configuring this option:

– You may need to update your Care Pathway to capture EA stages against the second episode.
– Your Employment Advisor can be allocated as the Primary Therapist.
– Please ensure that you link the Employment referral to the Talking Therapies (IAPT) referral.
– When linking episodes, please ensure that the parent referral is the Talking Therapies (IAPT) episode and the linked child episode is the Employment Support episode. The submission report will take the Employment start and end date of the child episode. If this is reversed the dates will be wrong.
– Please make sure that the appointment purpose is mapped to Employment Support (Code 10) in List Management.

If the patient does not attend the session (cancels or does not attend) you do not need to record any fields where the answers are supplied by the attendee. 

Option 1: Under the Patient Registration you could setup the Accessibility Information – Specific Contact Methods or Type in the Accessibility Notes.
Option 2. Could setup a Patient/Referral Label.
Option 3. Could use personalised care notes.

If your service has SMS Text Message Notifications switched on, you can stop a patient/client from receiving text messages by unticking the Send SMS tick box on the Patient record
If the patient doesn’t have a Mobile Number, then they can not receive a text message
A Superuser can flick off the Masterswitch in SMS Control which will stop ALL messages going out for the Service

Yes, If the Service has SMS Text Message Notifications switched on, the Patient/Client will get a reminder message as set by the Superuser. If the service has SMS enabled and the Patient has SMS switched on and has consented, they will receive a reminder if the service has it in-place and a confirmation SMS can also be setup.

If the Clinical Contact are in the wrong stage, you will first need to edit any clinical contacts that have happened at that stage to move them to another (previous) stage. This will then allow the care pathway move to be deleted so they can be moved forward to another stage. The clinical contacts should then be updated to reflect that change to make sure the contacts are being recorded against the correct stage

Any Tab on the Patient Record, apart from Patient Registration, refers to the currently selected Treatment episode selected in the Patient Boarding Card, therefore risks are associated with the Referral/Treatment episode.

On the Patient Boarding Card, you will see the Closed Episode information with a number in a box, each box represents a referral. To add a new Referral Click the Plus (+) in the box and a new referral form will be displayed

Yes any Therapist can add Referrals to a Group

The letters can be downloaded as a PDF and attached to the Patients/Clients email. A document cannot be attached to a PDF – Clinical Safety, If there is standard info, suggest adding extra page to template with information
