EA – If my Talking Therapies provider uses Electronic Questionnaires (Webforms) already and Employment starts using this would there still be an additional charge?

Once your service has Electronic Questionnaires (Webforms) enabled to send via email, there are no additional charges. You can have any number of Webforms and the various combinations available activated, and you can send as many as you like. However, if you choose to send Webforms via SMS, there will be a charge for each message.
