MDS (minimum dataset) is a term used to describe a way to capture the required data for NHSE. It is advised to record all contacts as MDS if you wish the data to be submitted to NHSE, as this captures all relevant information for reporting. Non MDS may not ask users to complete the required fields for the dataset, leading to possible data quality issues.
This is not something available at the moment, however your Account Manager can do this if you require it.
Yes, as long as the group hasn’t be updated as a completed or incomplete session, so the session is still a future appointment (Orange), then when a Patient/Client is emailed a Questionnaire using our Webforms Tool, When the Questionnaire is completed the session scores will be updated and the questionnaire will be available to view
Check the the referral is active, and that the referral equals the treatment type of the group for example an IAPT Group will only except IAPT referrals unless its been switched off by your Account Manager
Yes there is a section for Qualifications under My account for Therapists to add to
1) Update Date of Death
2) Delete any queued Letters
3) Cancel any Future Appointments
4) Discharge the Patient
Yes, your details get fed through from your User Details found under My Account
A Superuser can change/add to these through the List Management area, however they will still need to be mapped to an available NHS MDS Field.
This used to be annually, but is now run more frequent, every month.
Once your service has Electronic Questionnaires (Webforms) enabled to send via email, there are no additional charges. You can have any number of Webforms and the various combinations available activated, and you can send as many as you like. However, if you choose to send Webforms via SMS, there will be a charge for each message.
