Dashboard tables

This workbook is intended for the sole purpose of making the full tables available with all of the same filtering options that are available in other workbooks. As national datasets and reporting requirements evolve, so will the structure of these tables. The schema will not remain static. But unlike all other iaptus dashboards, which are intended to provide data analysis and insights, this workbook is intended to provide the current full format of the relevant backend tables.

The Cover page gives the title and explanation and then an area to select either the Data tables of interest, on the left, or select the Workbook and Dashboard of interest, on the right.

Data Tables

The table name consists of the name and the table number that correlates to the output specification.

The blue buttons will take you to the download page.

Workbook

Here you can choose which workbook you want to download from.

Data Download page

There are 4 sections here

  1. This allows you to select the records and select, where applicable, the date range, consent etc.
  2. Select the data field to use, if applicable, if there is more than one date field in the table, the dropdown will display the field values.
  3. Select which filters to apply. over on the right, there will be a list of fields you can use for filtering.
  4. Download the Data, this area will display the number of records that meet you criteria, click on the
