User Activity

Adding a new clinical contact

In the Clinical Contact Tab you are able to add and view details about contacts you have had with the patient for the referral you have selected in the Boarding card. This includes questionnaires and their scores. To add a new clinical contact, press the ‘Create New Clinical Contact’ link.

Creating a New Group

To create a new group, click the ‘Create a new group’ option in the Groups icon. iaptus will ask you to select a group template; this will help you easily configure the fields for your group. Group templates can be created by a Superuser using the ‘Groups Template Editor’ option.
