Search Results

Once a search has been saved, the results can be viewed by clicking on the title of search. The records included in the search will then be displayed. The Find Patients Search Results table will open and display details of all the patients and referrals which meet the search criteria.

My Searches

My Searches are searches which have been created and saved in the Advanced Find area of iaptus. These are specific to the user who created them so each user can create just the searches they need for their role, without impacting other users. It is recommended to use these for

Diary View

The calendar will default to the current month or week. This can be changed by using the Monthly View, Weekly View and month selector at the top of the diary. Monthly View The Monthly view breaks down by month and day. There is a key at the top to explain the diary. Weekly View The

Bulk Letters

Instructions on how to start a Bulk Action can be found in the main Bulk Action guide. Before using Bulk Actions to create letters, you need to set up your letter templates and style templates. Within Bulk Actions select the letter template and a style template and give the letter a name.

Find Patients From

Find Patients From allows quick searching for referrals currently in specific stages in the Care Pathway. These figures are automatically updated when a referral moves into that Care Pathway stage. Clicking on the name of the stage will take you to the Find Patients Standard search with your stage already
