Find Patients – Advanced search

Advanced Search allows users to apply more filters to a search and create and save searches in My Searches. Within Advanced Search, you will see three columns. Select Filters The first (green) column includes all available filters, grouped into sections. To expand a filter section, click on the green bar.

iaptus has a built in basic messaging function to send internal messages to anyone in your service who has an iaptus login. Send Message To send a message, click New Message. Select the name of the person the message should be sent to. To select multiple people, hold the Ctrl key whilst

Search Results

Once a search has been saved, the results can be viewed by clicking on the title of search. The records included in the search will then be displayed. The Find Patients Search Results table will open and display details of all the patients and referrals which meet the search criteria.

Removing a saved search

To remove a saved search, click the X option on the right hand side of the saved search. This will remove the search from your list.

My Searches

My Searches are searches which have been created and saved in the Advanced Find area of iaptus. These are specific to the user who created them so each user can create just the searches they need for their role, without impacting other users. It is recommended to use these for

Personal Contact Time

Personal Contact Time displays clinical, administrative and supervision time spent on all patients within the last 30 days and 7 days, based on data recorded in Clinical Contacts and the supervision area. The figures are measured in hours rounded to 1 decimal point (e.g. 1 hour 45 minutes displays as 1.8). All patient contacts

My Therapists

The My Therapists area allows supervisors to view a quick summary of their supervisees. Therapists can be set as supervisors and have supervisees assigned to them via the Users area of the superuser menu. Supervision sessions can be booked and recorded in the Supervision area. Find Patients From

Find Patients From allows quick searching for referrals currently in specific stages in the Care Pathway. These figures are automatically updated when a referral moves into that Care Pathway stage. Clicking on the name of the stage will take you to the Find Patients Standard search with your stage already

Search results – Patient Table

Results table All the patient records and referrals that meet the search criteria will be shown in the search results table. Any rows highlighted in pink will indicate that the record has been discharged. Column Selection Additional information about the referrals can be seen by clicking Show Column Selection. Items shown in blue

My Episodes

If you are a therapist, this area gives a quick snapshot of all active referrals that are currently allocated to you. If you are an admin user, this will display the caseload for the therapist you are working on behalf of, as selected in the Working on Behalf of option at the top.
