Find Patients – Standard search

Standard search will open as a default when Find Patients is opened. This allows users to quickly find patient ands referrals. Advanced Search allows users to apply more filters to a search and create and save searches in My Searches. Within Advanced Search, you will see three columns. Deleting Records

Search Results

Once a search has been saved, the results can be viewed by clicking on the title of search. The records included in the search will then be displayed. The Find Patients Search Results table will open and display details of all the patients and referrals which meet the search criteria.

Removing a saved search

To remove a saved search, click the X option on the right hand side of the saved search. This will remove the search from your list.

My Searches

My Searches are searches which have been created and saved in the Advanced Find area of iaptus. These are specific to the user who created them so each user can create just the searches they need for their role, without impacting other users. It is recommended to use these for
