Activity Analysis by No. of Referrals

Table of contents

This report analyses information at clinical contact session level and then counts the of No. of referrals matching the criteria. Eg. ‘attendance’ is recorded within a clinical contact. This report could be used for identifying the number of referrals where (at some point) the patient’s attendance is recorded as DNA (did not attend).

There is an extra group by option available to this report called Clinical Session – No. of Sessions. It shows how many contacts (sessions) each referral has, ie the No. of sessions the patient DNA’d.

Referrals without a contact (session) recorded will not be included in this report. Incomplete contacts and other non MDS contacts are included by default. You can alter this by adding filters from Additional Filters section.

Within the first (green) column, the clinical contact filter will display several fields found within the clinical contact tab. The group filter will also include these additional fields.

Active Referrals, by Session date broken down by Attendance, No of sessions and therapist

You may consider grouping by Clinical Session – Session Therapist, to see how many sessions are being completed for a referral against the therapist who actually did the session.

You may also consider specific treatment appointments using the Appointment Purpose filter.
