It is expected that an employment support referral may well continue for some time after a Talking Therapies (IAPT) referral has been discharged. As long as the appointment purpose used for each of the contacts has been mapped to the correct code (10) for Employment Support, these contacts will continue to flow through to NHSE. You may wish to check your service policies and workflow about when an episode should be closed.
